About this file
The document provided contains a set of questions and answers related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Cloud-based Fiscal Tracking System (FTS) by the Department of Military Affairs in the state of Florida. The RFP seeks to replace the existing FTS system that has been in operation for over 20 years. The new system should be developed in a cloud environment and will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of tracking and managing financial data related to state and federal cooperative agreements. The RFP indicates that the expected go-live date for the new system is no later than January 2025 and that the budget for the project is between $200,000 and $300,000. The system should be able to handle up to 1TB of data and have an average of 15-20 users with 450-500 monthly transactions.
The document also provides details on the expected system requirements, including the need to adhere to NIST security standards, provide various reporting and dashboard capabilities, and the ability to handle growth in data volume and user access over the next 5 years. The state indicates that they are open to both a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution or a custom-built solution, as long as it meets the specific requirements outlined in the Scope of Work.
