About this file

This file contains compliance certification forms (PUR 2023 and PUR 2024) required by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for a Mobile Video Recording (MVR) Solution contract. The forms must be completed by authorized representatives of any nongovernmental entity responding to the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) issued by the Department. The contract involves the purchase, installation, and maintenance of an MVR solution, though specific quantities, response deadlines, site visits, and bidders' meetings are not detailed in this particular document.

The PUR 2024 form requires certification under penalty of perjury that the entity does not use coercion for labor or services as defined in Florida Statutes section 787.06(14), with execution by an officer or representative. The PUR 2023 form requires certification from senior management personnel that commodities being offered have not been produced in whole or in part by forced labor, in compliance with Florida Statutes section 287.1346. Both certifications must be signed and dated by the appropriate company representatives before contract execution or renewal. Pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and contract duration information are not included in this compliance documentation file.
