About this file
This document is a draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES) program, specifically targeting printer consumables. The SOW outlines a 60-month single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for purchasing printer toner and consumables within the 48 United States and District of Columbia, with potential OCONUS delivery. Key requirements include providing a web portal for order tracking, maintaining 98% on-time delivery, offering original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products with potential non-OEM substitutions, and providing comprehensive reporting and customer service.
The contractor must supply a full range of printer consumables as defined in Attachment IV, with the list subject to monthly updates. Delivery expectations include free shipping for CONUS locations, potential additional charges for OCONUS shipments, and delivery within four business days. The SOW emphasizes quality assurance, requiring prompt responses to customer inquiries (within 2 business hours), semimonthly invoicing, monthly activity reporting, and a recycling process for used consumables. The FAA will review product pricing and discounts annually, with the potential for contract modifications to accommodate changes in product availability or pricing.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) seeks to enter a 60-month single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the purchase of printer consumables within the 48 United States, and the District of Columbia, to include non-foreign Outside Continuous United States locations. This SOW outlines the products that fall within the strategic sourcing of office supplies.
