About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment II Excel template for CONUS (Continental United States) order responses related to a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) printer consumables procurement. The template provides detailed instructions for contractors to complete a standardized spreadsheet when responding to order requests, requiring specific information across 18 columns including line item details, shipping information, product descriptions, part numbers, quantities, pricing, vendor order numbers, delivery dates, and tracking information.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation market survey for toner and printer consumables under the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Equipment and Supplies (SAVES) program. The procurement is planned for a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, targeting an award in February 2026. The FAA is seeking industry input on best practices, with vendors required to submit capabilities, company information, business size status, and SAM registration details by May 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET. The anticipated NAICS code is 325992 with a size standard of 1,500 employees, and the competition strategy (unrestricted or set-aside) will be determined based on market survey responses.
