About this file

The document is a Statement of Work (SOW) Attachment III, specifically an OCONUS Quote Response Template for printer consumables. The template provides detailed instructions for contractors to complete a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet when responding to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) orders, requiring specific data entries across columns A-S. Key response requirements include providing MSRP list prices, unit costs, extended costs, vendor order numbers, delivery dates, and shipping costs, with mandatory explanations for unavailable items such as discontinued, backordered, or out of stock products.

The related federal contract opportunity is a pre-solicitation for the Strategic Sourcing for the Acquisition of Various Supplies and Equipment (SAVES) Program, targeting toner and printer consumables. The anticipated procurement has a one-year base period with four potential one-year option periods, with an expected award date in February 2026. The FAA is conducting a market survey to identify potential vendors, with submissions due by May 23, 2025, at 2:00 PM ET. The procurement may be unrestricted or set-aside, with NAICS code 325992 and a size standard of 1,500 employees. Vendors must provide capability descriptions, company details, business size status, and SAM registration information when responding.
