About this file

This is a Contract Price Schedule for the CAHA Debris Removal project. The solicitation requires offerors to submit pricing for a base contract line item and two optional line items, all structured as lump-sum deliverables. The base requirement (CLIN 10) involves cleaning up existing debris as stated in the statement of services for a quantity of one lump sum. Option 1 (CLIN 20) provides for 120 tons of additional debris cleanup, also priced as one lump sum. Option 2 (CLIN 30) covers 60 tons of additional debris cleanup, likewise structured as a single lump-sum price.

Offerors must submit proposals that conform to all solicitation documents with pricing for the base line item and all option line items; failure to do so may render the proposal unacceptable. The Government reserves the right to award any or no options at or after the time of award, with the option exercise period extending 90 calendar days from the date of award. Options may be exercised in any combination, order, or grouping at the Government's discretion to achieve best value. Pricing evaluation will be based on best value determination, and in case of calculation errors, unit prices govern over extended prices, while corrected amounts govern over summation errors. All totals and extended prices must be rounded to whole dollars.
