About this file

The document is a Pre-Bid Meeting Minutes for the Yard Hydrants: Triangle Garden project at Jefferson Patterson Park and Museum in St. Leonard, Maryland, dated July 18, 2025. The project involves installing a new water line from the pool house to the Triangle Garden, with a 1-inch diameter water line exiting from the North-facing wall and running underground. The bid submission deadline is 3:00 PM on August 1, 2025, and contractors must provide a comprehensive bid package including the Invitation for Bidding (IFB) form, additions/alternate costs, Bid/Proposal Affidavit, Conflict of Interest Disclosure form, licenses/certifications, and current insurance certificates.

Key project specifications include running the water line from the Patterson pool house with staff preference for an external route, using faucets that match existing park fixtures, and coordinating scheduling with the Patterson Archaeologist during trenching. Contractors may submit bids via mail, email, or fax to specific contacts including Dimitrios Papadakis and Lindsay Hollister. The park cannot reveal the awarded contractor or contract costs until the purchase order is processed and published. The project requires careful archaeological monitoring during trenching, and all submitted documentation will be thoroughly reviewed for responsiveness.
