The RFP is seeking professional services for Organizational Change Management and Training Material Development activities to support the MBTA's Capital Projects Advancement program. The presentation covers the project overview, key requirements, and details of the Pre-Bid Conference such as the agenda, attendee registration, and question submission process. The RFP has a response due date of October 16, 2023, and the MBTA plans to award the contract in November 2023 for a term of 3 years with two 1-year renewal options.

The pricing terms and contract specifics are not covered in this presentation. However, it does note that the MBTA has an existing contract in place for these services and is seeking to procure new services through this RFP. Funding for this effort will be provided through the MBTA's capital project budget. The presentation also highlights that the MBTA is seeking Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation for this contract.
