About this file

The provided document is a Base Access Request (BAR) form related to a federal contract opportunity for the design and construction of a Live Fire Shoot House facility at Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija, Philippines.

The key details are: The U.S. Government plans to issue a solicitation for this Design-Build project around June or July 2024, with a Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV) tentatively scheduled for the same timeframe. Contractors interested in attending the PPSV must submit the BAR form and supporting documents to the Site Access Coordinators by May 21, 2024. Each contractor may submit up to 4 names (2 primary and 2 alternate), but only 2 participants, 1 driver, and 1 vehicle will be allowed to attend. The driver can enter the base but must remain in the vehicle. Contractors that request access after the deadline may still attend the site visit on their own, but will not be included in the U.S. Government's facilitated access. The project is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 in value.
