About this file

This is a Past Performance Questionnaire for the AMIC Contract Administration Support Services (ACASS) solicitation FA702226R0003. The Air Force ACC/AMIC at Det 2 OL/A Patrick Space Force Base is conducting competitive source selection for a contract administration support services provider. The selected contractor will provide professional federal contracting support services including acquisition planning, market research, acquisition strategy development, acquisition and contract document development, cost/price analysis, preparation of determinations and justifications, synopsis and solicitation development, price negotiation memoranda preparation, proposal evaluation assistance and documentation, contract administration duties, and maintenance of contract writing, filing, and tracking systems. Responses to this questionnaire are due by 1 May 2026 and should be submitted electronically to danny.austin.3@us.af.mil or david.dike.2@us.af.mil.

The questionnaire requests that past performance references evaluate contractor performance across five primary categories: technical performance (specification compliance, work quality, data integrity, quality assurance, process implementation, and regulatory compliance); program management (contract management effectiveness, customer relations, problem resolution, objective compliance, emergency response capability, cost-reducing alternatives, and process responsiveness); transition and phase-in capabilities; and employee retention and attraction. Evaluators rate performance on a scale from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory across multiple criteria, with supporting information required for each rating. The questionnaire also inquires about any contract terminations for default or convenience and requests an overall recommendation regarding future contract award. Completed questionnaires become part of official Source Selection records and will inform the evaluation of offeror proposals.
