The solicitation is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside project with a projected construction value between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. An organized site visit is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 10:30 AM EST. The questionnaire is to be completed by a previous contractor reference and emailed directly to Michael Hornberger, with the goal of providing comprehensive feedback on the contractor's past performance to support the current procurement process.
