About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for the Program and Staff Services (PASS) Evaluation Task Order, detailing 20 distinct data item requirements for a U.S. Army contract. The CDRL specifies various reporting and documentation deliverables, including monthly status reports, risk management reports, scientific and technical reports, training documents, and a final comprehensive report. Key reporting requirements include:

Contractors must submit multiple types of reports with specific submission guidelines, such as monthly status reports due by the 10th of each month, quarterly technology evaluation reports, and an after-action report within 10 business days of an event's completion. All documents must be submitted electronically to specific government personnel, including the Contracting Officer's Representative Patricia Congdon, Contract Specialist Sammy Solo, and Contracting Officer Nicholas Granata Jr. The reports cover diverse areas including organizational conflict of interest management, SBIR/STTR project status, safety training, radiation authorization applications, site decommissioning, and government property inventory tracking, all supporting the DEVCOM Chemical Biological Center's mission of chemical and biological defense research and development.
