About this file
This document contains General Instructions and Requirements for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Oklahoma City Airport Trust. The document outlines the electronic proposal submission process through the BidNetDirect Electronic Bidding System, with proposals to be submitted as PDF documents. Proposers must carefully examine all provided documents, submit questions during the designated Question and Answer Period, and ensure timely electronic submission before the specified deadline. The Trust reserves the right to award contracts by item or groups of items, reject any or all proposals, and waive technical defects.
Key administrative requirements include providing a Letter of Authorization if the proposer is not statutorily authorized to sign, potential performance bond submissions, compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and adherence to patent and trademark regulations. The Trust maintains the right to audit the successful proposer's books and records related to the contract, with potential contract termination for non-compliance. Proposers are expected to submit detailed information about proposed goods or services, including manufacturer details, model numbers, and specifications, with the understanding that brand names are used as indicative references rather than strict limitations.
