About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 amendment to solicitation W911SD-26-Q-A028 issued by the Directorate of Contracting at West Point (W6QM MICC-WEST POINT), effective March 10, 2026. The amendment revises the site visit start time for a billeting requirement and does not extend the offer receipt deadline. All offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the deadline using one of three specified methods: completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies, acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or providing separate written or electronic communication referencing both the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt at the designated location by the specified hour and date may result in offer rejection.
The underlying solicitation concerns billeting services including temporary lodging structures, shower trailers, and latrine trailers at an Army facility in Orange County, New York. The site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 10:30 AM EST at 681 Rogers Place, Building 681, with assembly beginning at 10:00 AM; attendance is mandatory for award consideration. Interested offerors must RSVP by email by Monday, March 16, 2026, to Ignacio.j.cordova2.civ@mail.mil. The procurement involves turnkey delivery, setup, operation, breakdown, removal, maintenance, and emergency servicing of temporary structures under a Performance Work Statement with defined acceptable quality levels and surveillance methods. Service contract wage determinations under Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2015-4159 (Revision 31, dated December 3, 2025) apply to the New York County of Orange area. Technical submissions must include full product specifications on CD-ROM discs and past performance examples of similar scope and complexity.
