This document is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act, effective December 3, 2025 (Wage Determination No. 2015-4047, Revision 32), issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division.

The wage determination applies to service contracts performed in Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk counties in Massachusetts. It establishes prevailing wage rates for 278 occupational classifications spanning administrative support, automotive service, food preparation, furniture maintenance, general services, health occupations, information and arts, information technology, instructional occupations, laundry and dry-cleaning, machine tool operation, materials handling, mechanics and maintenance, personal needs, plant and system operations, protective services, recreation, stevedoring, technical occupations, transportation, and miscellaneous occupations. Wage rates range from $16.57 per hour (Taxi Driver) to $58.29 per hour (Registered Nurse IV). All listed occupations receive fringe benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours weekly or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly), vacation accrual beginning at two weeks after one year of service, and a minimum of eleven paid holidays annually. Computer employees marked with footnote (see 1) are exempt from this determination if they meet specific compensation thresholds and primary duty requirements under 29 C.F.R. 541.400. Air traffic controllers and weather observers (footnote see 2) receive night pay differentials and Sunday pay premiums. Hazardous duty pay differentials of 8 percent or 4 percent apply to employees working with explosives or ordnance. Executive Order 13706 requires one hour of paid sick leave per 30 hours worked for contracts issued on or after January 1, 2017. Executive Order 13658 establishes a $13.30 minimum wage floor for contracts awarded between January 1, 2015 and January 29, 2022. The document includes a conformance process requiring SF-1444 submissions for unlisted occupational classifications, with Department of Labor review and approval before implementation.
