About this file

This is a VOC Emission Test Certificate issued by Berkeley Analytical for Clear Armor LLC's Clear Armor Security Laminate - SL 15 / BR product, which is a window treatment designed for use in the State Attorney Public Defender ballistic window film procurement in Florida. The product sample was tested on July 1, 2026, and certified on July 22, 2026, according to the California Department of Public Health CDPH/EHLB/Standard Method Version 1.2 (2017). The testing evaluated emissions in two exposure scenarios—school classroom and private office environments—measuring compliance against established criteria for individual volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, and total VOC (TVOC) concentrations.

The test results demonstrate that the Clear Armor Security Laminate - SL 15 / BR product meets all acceptance criteria for both exposure scenarios, with formaldehyde levels at 9.0 μg/m³ and TVOC compliance achieved in both classroom and office settings. Berkeley Analytical, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, confirmed the product's compliance with standards recognized by USGBC LEED Version 4/4.1, The WELL Building Standard v2, and ANSI/GBI 01-2019. The certificate provides assurance that the tested sample meets environmental health and safety emissions standards applicable to building products, though Berkeley Analytical disclaims responsibility for products already in commerce and provides the certificate without warranty.
