Prospective Contractors (bidders), Pursuant to the Code of Federal Regulations all building owners are required to provide notification of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials (ACM) and presumed asbestos containing materials (PACM) in their facilities. This notification is provided as a safeguard, to ensure prospective contractors (bidders) are aware of this information.

Asbestos containing material is present in the John Weld Peck Building (OH0189CN) in the following forms, locations, and quantities:

Denotes material was not tested at the time of the most recent survey. Testing is not feasible in some cases as it would result in damage to the material or its structural components. In other cases, the material or area may not have been accessible. As such, the material must be presumed to be ACM based on its characteristics, age or other technical factors. Material is presumed to be ACM to ensure appropriate precautions and methods are employed when contemplating or executing activity that may disturb the material.
