-FDA Chemistry Center

“Believe only 5 times since contract inception (June 2018) have they had to report anything to them and possibly only 2 of those were times they reported outside of their regularly scheduled maintenance visit.”

Q: Also, how much each building spent on repairs/emergencies via GSA form 300?

-I would like to point you to Section C.2 and C.2.1.2 Repair and Replacement of the

RFP that dictates, “Full maintenance service is defined as all services, repairs, inspections and testing necessary to maintain all elevators, appurtenances, and accessories in a fully operational mode at all times except for pre-scheduled downtime including all labor, parts and materials.” Contractor is responsible for all repairs and this is covered under standard services/in the monthly price.
