About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 for the Miscellaneous Services, Repairs, and Maintenance project issued by the Oklahoma City Airport Trust (OCAT) for Project No. OCAT WRWA 2524, dated March 20, 2025. The addendum modifies several sections of the original bid documents, including replacing the Business Relationship Affidavit, updating contract language in OCAT 00511 to reference drawings and project manual dated February 27, 2025, and revising OCAT 00643 to clarify overtime pay provisions. The contract appears to be for general maintenance and repair services at airport facilities, with individual purchase orders to be issued with 10 calendar days to begin work and 30 work days to complete assigned locations.

The addendum provides specific details on payment terms, including overtime compensation at 1.5 times the regular rate for work performed outside standard business hours and on specified holidays. The Trust reserves the right to determine workforce requirements and may terminate the contract if work is performed unsatisfactorily or equipment is not maintained properly. Contractors must submit a safety program before receiving a Notice to Proceed, and the Trust maintains flexibility to make changes to the contract documents through amendments or change orders. The total value of change orders is limited by the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act, and emergency modifications can be approved by the Director of Airports subject to subsequent Trust review.

The cumulative amount of Change Orders shall not exceed the Contract cost limits set in the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act, Section 121. Change Orders shall be binding when approved by the Trust. Change Orders shall be prepared by the successful Bidder and shall include the following:

However, Amendments or Change Orders approved by the Director of Airports shall be submitted to the Trust for consideration as soon as practical.
