NRA Attachment D - Statement of Work Template.docx

This is a Statement of Work template document designed for use in response to NASA's Research Announcement (NRA) for Development Plan for Open Fan Flight Demonstration. The template serves as a standardized format for proposers to structure their work plans and is not itself a completed SOW with specific requirements or deliverables.

As a template document, it provides the structural framework and formatting guidance that organizations must follow when submitting their own detailed Statements of Work in response to the NRA solicitation. The template establishes the organizational approach and sections proposers should use to articulate their planned activities, milestones, resources, and methodology for the open fan flight demonstration development project. Interested organizations should refer to the full NRA solicitation materials, including the Sources Sought Notice posted on 3/6/2026 and the associated Questions and Answers posted on 3/25/2026, for specific technical requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions related to this NASA Glenn Research Center opportunity.
