The project encompasses the complete resurfacing of eight tennis courts using the Acrytech Acrylic Surface System and installation of four cabanas with black powder-coated steel frames. The resurfacing work includes pressure washing, crack filling and repair, leveling to 1/8 inch tolerance, and application of three coats of Acrytech Acrylic materials with white pickleball court line painting. The mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, with bid submission deadline of April 2, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. through the City's eProcurement Portal. All work must be completed by August 7, 2026, with a standard contract term of 30 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, after which liquidated damages of $500 per calendar day apply for incomplete work.

The City of Orange Beach provides a 5% preference to resident bidders located within Baldwin County and waives building permit fees for qualified contractors.
