The meeting will begin at 1:00pm (PT) in conference room 4102, located on the 4th floor. The main entry to Shyh Wang Hall (at floor 3) is located along the east of the building. Use the stairs or main elevator to reach Floor 4 and walk past conference room 4101 to reach conference room 4102, located adjacent to the 4th floor break area.

Parking is extremely limited- preference will be given to attendees who will carpool.

Parking Lot D, known as The Pit, should have some parking availability. Access to Shyh Wang Hall requires climbing about 90 stairs.

Parking Lot F, known as The Horseshoe, is located off LBNL property at the hairpin turn just before reaching Blackberry Gate. This parking lot is regularly enforced by the University Police Department, and citations are regularly issued.

Please park at your own risk.

Please allow adequate time to arrive on-site, including time for checking in at Blackberry Gate.

There are food truck options available if you happen to arrive with enough time to grab lunch. Please visit food.lbl.gov to view the options, and even preorder a meal.

Meeting:

We intend to begin the pre-bid conference at 1:00pm with introductions of key project personnel.

Following the presentation, a brief walk will be led through Shyh Wang Hall. Please have PPE handy, specifically sturdy shoes/boots, a hard hat, and ear protection (if desired).
