A. The government will not be providing equipment (computers).

A. See attached files titled, “PIRO Analysis 2017 FEVS Results” and “PIRO Analysis 2018 FEVS Results” which are the most comprehensive to date. Others are shorter - ranging from two to five pages.
6. Is there any documentation available to “assess PIRO’s efforts from 2015 through 2021 to enhance senior leadership capabilities”. If not, can you provide any information on the scope of these efforts to facilitate estimating the analysis requirements?
A. PIRO has completed four retreats, with some training and professional development on leadership topics such as Myers-Briggs and DiSC assessments, a 360-degree assessment exercise, trust-building, and team development exercises (e.g., games). The Leadership Team has developed some norms for meetings. The Senior Leadership Board has developed a charter. However, all of this work was completed in 2018 or earlier, and many members of the Leadership Team have changed since then. Most of the current team have done Myers-Briggs and DiSC assessments. Some of the team members have more leadership training. However, we have not gone through leadership development work as a group.

A. Option Year task 5 should read, “Option Year task 3 may be conducted virtually”.
The Place of Performance section in the PWS has been revised to: The majority of the work will be conducted virtually. Onsite work will be conducted at the Pacific Islands Regional Office, Honolulu, HI.
