In A701 it states "a spudded 30'x110' support barge, transport boat/skiff". Is this spudded 30'x110' support barge the same barge that's listed on A708. Is there (1) or (2) of the 30'x110' support barges? Also, A701 mentions a transport boat/skiff.
Should this tranport boat/skiff be deleted since A707 pusher boat is serving this purpose?
"A spudded 30'x110' support barge, transport boat/skiff" is a solicitation typo.

In A705 and A706 you have specified the number of LH for each of these. You state under the personnel section of DD1155 that a "mininum of one operator and one deck for each tug". It will be our decision on how to properly staff these tugs to accomplish the scope of work using your mininum crew size as indicated. However, for the 750HP to 1250HP tug boats a larger crew (more than two) will be needed per tug. Therefore how can you specify the total number of LH needed under A705 and A706?
The unit of measure has been revised to ea where ea will represents the cost per hour for the entire tug boat crew for two tug boats. See Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) Pricing Attachment Rev 1 provided in Amendment 0002. 0002
14 6/18/2020 ELIN
On A709, should the "support barge, transport boat/skiff" be removed from this ELIN?
The typo "Support barge, transport boat/skiff" has been removed. See Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) Pricing Attachment Rev 1 provided in Amendment 0002. 0002

The ELIN sheet you provided is very confusing. In an effort to simplify the sheet and avoid any price confusions, we respectully suggest that the contractor complete the unit price and extended price columns only (with the quantity column you provided)
See Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) Pricing Attachment Rev 1 provided in Amendment 0002 for revisions to the pricing categories. 0002
