Attachment J- 1502000-05 per Amendment
This amendment added 53 IMP Service Orders and 30 Pest Control Service Orders. This brings the total number of Service Orders for a year to 590 (507 + 53 + 30). The Government total of 329 Service Orders on this J – 1502000 -05 would appear to be an incorrect total.
Additionally, the new ELIN Schedule (Attachment J – 0200000 – 11) now shows only a total of 149 Service Orders annually. Please clarify – how many Service Orders are to be anticipated annually?
Attachment J-0200000-11 quanties are increased, and J-1502000-05 is updated, per Amendment 0003. The Government anticipates using all Service Orders quantities identified in the ELINs.
