Q.2 Will all Exhibits and attachments in Section J - List of Documents, Exhibits and Other Attachments be provided?

A.2. Yes, all attachments, drawings, and exhibits are provided. Please request access to these documents in the attachments section of the posting at beta.SAM.gov.

A.3. All the CDRLs are summarized in Section C paragraph 5.0 but are referenced in the specific tasks that invoke them. The CDRLs referenced in SOW Sections 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 are to indicate when CDRL requirements apply and what data must be reported in the CDRL. Q.4. Section C.3.2.2.1 and C.3.2.3 list CDRLs under CLIN 0002. CLIN 0003 is for CDRLs also. Is it expected to price CDRLs under the CLIN they apply to or under CLIN 0003?

1.1 Background

This contract is a follow-on Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to IDIQ contract N68936-10-D-0041. The Airborne Threat Simulation Organization (ATSO) develops, integrates, and operationally supports countermeasure and emitter threat simulator systems. The carriage systems produced are used to carry the AN/ULQ-21(V) countermeasures set modules, AN/UPT-2 emitter modules and other countermeasure and emitter modules. These systems are used to evaluate U.S. weapons systems and train Fleet operators. These systems are used throughout a weapons systems life cycle, from rack units for use in laboratories and hardware in the loop facilities during development, to airborne pods for use on manned aircraft for testing and Fleet training. These systems are also mounted in and on unmanned aerial targets for live fire developmental test (DT) and operational test (OT) of weapon systems.
