About this file

This document is an Exhibit B Deliverables section from a federal contract for food service operations, detailing five specific items of required contractor deliverables for Navy food service management. The first three items focus on financial and meal accountability documentation, including daily and monthly forms such as NAVSUP Forms 1291, 1292, 1359, and various supporting financial records that must be generated, signed, and submitted to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)/Food Service Officer (FSO) within specified timeframes, typically 1-5 calendar days after the end of each accounting period.

The final two items address operational requirements: sanitation inspections and a contingency plan. Sanitation inspections will be conducted randomly by installation medical authority representatives to ensure compliance with TriService P-5010 standards, with any deficiencies requiring immediate correction. The contractor must also develop a contingency plan to feed additional personnel during a surge, with the plan to be provided to the Contracting Officer (KO), COR, and Assistant COR within 24 hours after receiving a surge notice, capable of supporting additional personnel for up to four weeks.
