About this file

This document is Attachment 3 - Box Meal Guidelines, detailing specifications for a box lunch meal service. The box lunch must include two sandwiches (with an exception for Cycle #9) and a comprehensive set of accompanying items: one package of carrot and celery sticks, one hardboiled egg, one fresh fruit, one bag of chips, one cold milk (white or chocolate), one package of cookies/dessert, and two condiment packs of mustard, ketchup, or mayonnaise.

The meal service follows a nine-day rotational cycle with varied sandwich options, including combinations like Roast Beef/Ham and Cheese, Roast Pork/Salami and Cheese, and Peanut Butter and Jelly/Ham and Cheese. Cycle #9 uniquely features a Turkey, Ham and Cheese Sub with lettuce and tomato. Each cycle offers two sandwich choices, providing variety throughout the meal service period.
