About this file
This document contains a request for proposal and cost summary template for maintenance, repair, overhaul, and logistics support services. The Naval Air Systems Command seeks these services through an 8(a) small business set-aside contract to be awarded as a single-source indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. The incumbent is Amentum Services, LLC. The period of performance is a three-year ordering period beginning in the third quarter of fiscal year 2023. Offerors must submit proposals through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment no later than December 5, 2022 to be considered. The cost summary template includes instructions for prime contractors and subcontractors to provide labor categories, rates, and other direct and indirect costs for evaluation.

Prime offeror fee on subcontractor price should be included in the fee column (rather than the cost column) of Section B. |
