About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for solicitation N6833526Q1220, a Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) procurement for a High Performance Search and Retrieval Software tool supporting the Engineering and Integration Division at NAWCAD Lakehurst, New Jersey. The Q&A clarifies key contractual requirements and resolves ambiguities raised by potential offerors.
The document establishes that quotations must provide licensing for 750 user accounts under CLIN 0001 and one training session with supporting documentation under CLIN 0002. Technical descriptions are limited to 25 pages maximum, including quotations, supplemental documentation, and appendixes. Notably, DECKPLATE, AEL (Authorized Equipment List), and APL (Approved Parts List) data have been removed as requirements, eliminating vendor obligations to independently obtain or integrate these datasets. However, offerors remain responsible for furnishing other Government-controlled data sources identified in the Statement of Work, with the understanding that the Government will facilitate access arrangements to Government-sourced data. Vendors must independently contact relevant Government entities to establish access protocols, as each entity maintains different stipulation and access rules. The incumbent contract number is N6833524P0012. Customer service requirements, including onsite support considerations at NAWCAD Lakehurst, are addressed in SOW paragraph five. The solicitation uses a lowest-price technical evaluation approach for award determination.
