About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for an online portal subscription providing parts logistics and acquisition data for the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) at Lakehurst, New Jersey. The vendor must provide a fully operational, existing online portal (not a developmental effort) that enables comprehensive search and retrieval functionality across multiple data sources including ASSIST specifications, DLA FLIS databases, FEDLOG, Army Material Data File, and qualified product/material lists.

Batch search functionality must accommodate at least 2,000 items in a single entry with downloadable results to Microsoft Excel. Search results shall provide item identification data, technical characteristics, availability information from DLA/Navy stock systems and vendors, pricing data (current and historical), cognizant activity information, safety/mission criticality codes, end-of-life data, qualification information, standards and specifications references, and AEL/APL data. The vendor shall provide customer service during normal Lakehurst workdays (Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST) via telephone and email, support up to 15 simultaneous concurrent users with a total pool of at least 750 authorized users (including remote users and authorized contractors with @us.navy.mil email addresses), and provide live web-based or in-person training sessions led by vendor specialists.
