About this file

This document is a past performance questionnaire for a ship repair solicitation by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command. The solicitation requires a contractor to complete 108 work items aboard a USNS TRENTON within 60 days at the contractor's pier, including repairs to the hull, propulsion machinery, communication and navigation aids, auxiliary systems, outfitting and habitability features, sponsor equipment, HVAC systems, docking and undocking operations, and mission UNREP equipment. The past performance questionnaire asks the contact to rate the contractor's performance on seven criteria using an adjectival rating system and provide a narrative for each rating, and also asks whether the contact would do business with the contractor again. Details are requested about the contract being assessed, such as the number, period of performance, and value.
