Controlled Distribution Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) Delivery Order Technical Data Package (TDP) and
Consolidated Project Information
The TDP and Consolidated Project Information in support of the CSRR delivery order requirement contain dissemination restrictions and will be provided only to each authorized offeror. In order to receive a copy of these documents, offerors must have a certified DD Form 2345. Those offerors that do not have a properly certified DD Form 2345 can start the process immediately by following the procedures documented below.
Approved DD Form 2345: All contractors requesting access to the technical documents with dissemination restrictions must be certified by the United States / Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO).
This certification allows contractors to receive technical data as governed by DoD Directive 5230.25.
Compliance with DoD Directive 5230.25 requires an approved and current DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. You can determine if your company has a current DD Form 2345 by visiting the JCP webpage at the following link:
https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx.
Select “Search” from the menu on the left hand side of the screen. You may search by Certification Number, Partial Company Name, or CAGE Code.
If your company does not have an approved and current DD Form 2345, then your company must obtain one. The form and instructions can be downloaded at the following link:
http://www.dtic.mil/whs/directives/forms/eforms/dd2345.pdf
After downloading, completing, and signing the form, your company should submit the form with the original signature to:
U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office DLA Logistics Information Services Hart, Dole, Inouye Federal Center 74 Washington Ave., North
BATTLE CREEK, MI 49037-3084.
Interested offerors shall email their request for access to the CSRR delivery order TDP and Consolidated Project Information to Adam.Solivan@navy.mil. The email request shall identify the company’s name, CAGE Code, DD 2345 number, and a signed copy of the Security Requirements for CSRR TDP and Consolidated Project Information (enclosed, see next page). Once these requirements are met and approved, the requestor will be provided access to the documents via the Army Secure File Exchange Website, https://safe.amrdec.army.mil/SAFE/.

During nonworking hours, the information shall be stored in locked desks, file cabinets, bookcases, locked rooms, or similar items.
When no longer needed, these documents may be disposed of by shredding to preclude reconstructing, and placing it in trash reserved for proprietary or FOUO information. These documents shall not be disposed of in regular trash or recycle containers, or in the uncontrolled burn.
SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic shall be informed of any unauthorized disclosure. The unauthorized disclosure of export controlled information may result in criminal sanctions.
4. I affirm that I have read and understand the above security requirements for the subject documents, and that I will abide by them. I also affirm that we will use these documents solely in connection with solicitation N65236- 15-R-0010 and performance under any contract awarded as a result of that solicitation.
