This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlining quality assurance requirements for a federal contractor providing shipboard habitability systems alteration and installation services. The contractor must develop a Quality Assurance Workbook in accordance with Navy specifications and processes for managing shipboard industrial work. The workbook is due for draft submission based on dates in associated task orders, with the government allowed 60 days for review and the contractor 5 days to incorporate comments and resubmit a final version. The workbook requires distribution authorization and must be submitted in hard copy and digital format to parties including the contracting officer, contracting officer's representative, and technical point of contact as identified in task orders issued under the listed solicitation for shipboard habitability systems work by the Naval Sea Systems Command.
