About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a Pacific Deterrence Initiative (PDI) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) with various locations in the Indo-Pacific region. The main purpose of the PDI MACC is to award task orders that support the PDI program. The solicitation anticipates awarding a minimum of 3 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts, each with a 60-month base period and three 12-month option periods, or a total value not to exceed $15 billion for all contracts combined. Work under the MACC will be initiated through task orders competed only among the MACC holders. Contractors will be expected to perform a variety of Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects for new facilities, repairs, and upgrades to infrastructure such as wharves, runways, roads, and hangars. The Department of the Navy's Naval Facilities Engineering Command is the issuing agency. Task orders will typically range from $20 million to $2 billion, with a $25,000 minimum guarantee per awardee over the life of the contract.
