About this file
This document is Notice No. 5 for RFP N62742-24-R-1321, which is a solicitation for a Pacific Deterrence Initiative Multiple Award Construction Contract (PDI MACC) in various locations in the Indo-Pacific region. The RFP remains unchanged despite a request to modify the airfield construction project relevancy criteria. The notice clarifies that the "long spans and column-free areas" requirement refers to the clear span width, not the overall structure width. There are no specific security requirements for hand-delivering proposals to the specified location. The government will not consider including wholly-owned affiliates in the definition of "Offeror" or provide the interested vendors list. The PDI MACC will award task orders for a variety of design-build and design-bid-build construction projects, including new facilities, repairs/renovations, and upgrades to wharves, piers, runways, fuel storage, roads, and other infrastructure. The contract term is anticipated to be 96 months or $15 billion, whichever occurs first, with a $25,000 minimum guarantee per awardee.
