QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
16. For the Section F projects, it states: Each project shall be $3 million or more in estimated construction costs, if the construction contract has not yet been awarded or if the construction contract has been awarded, the awarded construction value per project/contract. If our projects are in the range of the $3 million mark but slightly under (i.e., $2.8 million), does this mean that the project will not be considered? Many of our projects are between $2.5 - 2.9 million. Would NAVFAC HI consider lowering the $3 million requirement to allow more of our projects to be considered for this solicitation?
RESPONSE: Each project shall be $3M or more in estimated construction costs. Projects less than $3M will not be considered.
