Ques.

No. Question Response Mod

No.

6 We have a clarification request with regard to the response to

Question No. 2. The response says at the end of the 3rd sentence, “or Client’s Architect Representative”. Our interpretation is that we can send the PPQ to the prime architect (who is the client’s architect) for completion. Is this correct or incorrect?

(Criterion 3) Response to Question #2 paragraph 3 (issued under Mod No. 1) is revised as follows:

For Architect, PPQs will be considered if it is prepared and signed by the Government Architect (Design Manager).

(Note: PPQs will be considered if it is prepared and signed by the Owner’s/Client’s Representative, i.e. someone who is authorized to provide evaluation/feedback on the A-E’s performance reflecting the client’s satisfaction. If the Offeror was hired as a subconsultant to the Prime Architect, that Prime Architect cannot provide the PPQ; rather, the Prime Architect’s Client must be the one to provide the PPQ.)
