QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

7. Under the Submission Requirements for Criterion 3 Past Performance, “IF A CPARS/ACASS EVALUATION IS NOT AVAILABLE, submit a completed PPQ. Completed PPQs shall be signed by the contracting agent and/or their representative for the contract administration, or from the facility owner/user before it is submitted with your SF330. Firms may submit a PPQ previously submitted under a different Notice/RFP…………………………………….” We have a Performance Survey (Design) for a project previously used on a NAVFAC PAC proposal.

The project falls within that allowable timeframe for relevancy, but the reviewer is no longer with the owner, and it would be difficult to obtain an evaluation for this project. May we use this Performance Survey (Design) for this Hawaii Project?

RESPONSE: Yes, you may use a PPQ previously submitted under a different project (legible copies are acceptable) as long as it is on the same form posted with this Synopsis.
