REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
AMENDMENT 3
STORMWATER SYNOPSIS N62473-19-R-2802
Please submit questions to Dawn Evans by e-mail at dawn.i.evans1@navy.mil
Question 24: The solicitation identifies two different codes for you, ACQ4 and ACQ4.DE.
(4 original SF 330’s in separate 3 ring binder’s; each 3 ring binder must also include a copy on CD in
MS Word or PDF format) is to be received in this office (NAVFAC Southwest, 1220 Pacific Highway, Attn: Code ACQ4, Dawn Evans, San Diego, CA 92132) If the client requests, questionnaires may be submitted directly to the Government’s point of contact, Naval Facilities Engineering Command
Southwest, Code ACQ4.DE, Attn: Dawn Evans, via email at dawn.i.evans1@navy.mil, prior to the response date.
Answer: Either code may be used.
Question 25: Will the cover page, cover letter, table of contents, tabs, and divider pages be excluded from page count?
Answer: Yes but information contained on the cover page, cover letter, table of contents, tabs, and divider pages will not be used.
Question 26: The Solicitation indicates “Copies of JV/LLC agreements will not be counted towards the
SF330 page limitation. JV agreements shall be submitted in Section H.” JV/LLC agreements are typically 20 to 30 pages in length which would separate the signature block in Section I by that number of pages. Should we submit JV/LLC agreements after Section I or in the SF330 Part II?
Answer: Follow the instructions in the Submittal Requirements. The last sentence of that paragraph says "Section I shall be signed and dated by the Offeror's Authorized Representative."
