About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a multiple award contract to provide large capacity weight handling equipment. The Navy seeks these services to support its shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia. Through this amendment, the Navy schedules a second pre-proposal site visit on September 22, 2022 and provides additional photos of relevant equipment. Offerors must submit security paperwork and confirm attendance to both Christopher Halligan and Mikel Outen by the stated deadlines to participate in the site visits. Safety equipment will be required during the walk through of the industrial areas. This multiple award contract aims to establish agreements for future task orders related to large capacity cranes and other weight handling machinery.
