About this file

This document contains price model worksheets and a summary sheet for a federal contract solicitation for marine species monitoring, evaluation, and related environmental planning services. The solicitation seeks these services at various locations within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic and Pacific areas of responsibility. Services will include marine resources monitoring and program management to support Navy environmental compliance and reporting requirements. The primary geographic area is the NAVFAC Atlantic and Pacific areas, but services may also be provided worldwide to any DoD or federal agency. The selected contractor will provide services through task orders over a potential five-year base period and four option years, with a maximum value of $75 million. The price model worksheets include labor categories and rates, direct costs, and multipliers for the base year and four option years. The summary sheet combines pricing for prime contractors, joint venture members, and key subcontractors.
