ACTS II Industry Conference 1-on-1 Questions
1. The NAICS code for the ACTS II portfolio is expected to be 541330, Engineering
Services (using the Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons exception).
Do you agree this is the correct NAICS, and if not, which NAICS do you recommend and why?
2. Same question for the PSC 6910 – Training Aids.
3. Are you able to handle classified information, with the possibility up to Top Secret (TS)?
4. Are you interested in proposing as a Prime or Joint Venture (JV), or is your interest in subcontracting opportunities only?
5. If you didn’t respond to the sources sought, tell us whether application development using gaming engine technologies in both single player and multi-player scenarios using local area network is a core competency of your business, and tell us about your most recent/relevant advanced gaming contract (scope, magnitude, complexity, etc.)
6. Confirm your business size status relative to NAICS code 541330 (annual revenue over the last five years averaging no more than $47M to classify as a small business. Also confirm any small business sub-categories your firm qualifies for (woman-owned, veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, 8(a), SDB, etc.)
7. If applicable, are you interested in the Government’s preliminary impression on whether your company stands a reasonable chance for award based on your submitted response to the sources sought and answers to these questions? (Note: This information would be advisory in nature only based on a cursory capability/experience review and would not prevent your company from submitting a proposal)
8. Was the Collaboration Day helpful? What did you get out of the briefing? Any
Suggestions?
