Register of Wage Determinations Under the Service Contract Act

This document is a Register of Wage Determinations issued by the U.S. Department of Labor Employment Standards Administration Wage and Hour Division. It establishes prevailing wage rates and fringe benefits for service contract work in Southeastern Connecticut County, Connecticut, covering cities including Bozrah, East Lyme, Franklin, Griswold, Groton, Ledyard, Lisbon, Montville, New London, and North Stonington.

The wage determination (No. 2015-4111, Revision 34, effective 5/13/2026) lists over 150 occupational classifications with corresponding hourly wage rates ranging from approximately $15.99 to $65.09 per hour. All occupations receive health and welfare benefits of $5.55 per hour (up to 40 hours per week or $222.00 weekly/$962.00 monthly) or $5.89 per hour under Executive Order 13786 ($283.60 weekly/$882.27 monthly). Employees receive paid vacation (2 weeks after 1 year of service; 3 weeks after 5 years; 4 weeks after 15 years; 5 weeks after 25 years), 12 paid holidays annually, and paid sick leave under Executive Order 13786. Special provisions apply for hazardous duty differentials (4-8 percent premiums for ordnance and explosives work), night pay and Sunday differentials for air traffic controllers and weather observers (25 percent premium), and computer professionals meeting specific compensation and duty requirements. The document includes conformance procedures for unlisted occupations using Standard Form 1444 and references the Service Contract Act Directory of Occupations for job duty definitions.
