The format and technical content of drawings must follow the military specification stated in the DD Form 1423. The related solicitation seeks proposals for CASK containers and will be awarded as a small business set-aside under FAR Part 12. The NAICS code is 332439. The government anticipates issuing a single award firm fixed price commercial contract with a base period and three one-year option periods to the best valued offeror.
