Blocks 3: The Contractor Shall submit a shipping plan for delivery of SHIELDED SHIPPING CASKS to PSNS Bremerton Wa.
AS REQUIRED BY SPECIFICATION PARAGRAPH 3.1.1.4
BLOCK 8: shipping and off-loading plan SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR GOVERNMENT APPROVAL. Approval will be based on technical content and compliance with requirements.
Blocks 10 and 12: The shipping Plan shall be submitted 60 days prior to shipment OF THE SHIELDED SHIPPING CASKS. The Government will have 10 days to review. The contractor shall have 7 days to revise and resubmit. The shipping Plan shall be accepted by the Government prior to the start shipment.
BLOCK 14: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ONE COPY OF THE SHIPPING PLAN IN ELECTRONIC UNPROTECTED SEACHABLE PDF FORMAT TO THE GOVERNMENT TECHNICAL POINT OF CONTACT (BELOW).

Description/Purpose: Certification data is required to verify that specific qualifications have been obtained, tests have been performed, parts/assemblies/equipment/systems have been installed, tested, inspected and are ready for operation; that personnel have specific qualifications to perform assignments/operations/inspections; or to certify identicality, interchangeability, compatibility, reliability, or completeness of documentation being prepared or reviewed by a contractor. The technical effort involved shall be the result of equipment/procurement specification requirements.
Application/Interrelationship: Certification may be required for a single event/operation, or may be required for a specified time period, or certification may be required on a continuing basis with periodic re-certification or updating of the original certification.
The technical content requirements for this item shall be specified in the contract.
Requirements:
1 Format: The report shall be typewritten in narrative format on the contractor’s form.
2 Content: The report shall contain the contract number and data item sequence number, and shall contain a statement the specifically identifies the purpose and applicability of this certification.
2.1 Certification of compliance. Certification of compliance to specific specification requirements shall be a statement to the effect that the contractor has complied.
