CONTRACTOR QUESTION:

Is the mast able to be removed for preservation purposes?

DO NOT WRITE BELOW THIS LINE

Based on the information booklet for this craft, the mast is flanged at the very bottom, and the angled support stanchions are also flanged. It is noted from the craft operator that the electrical cables for mast equipment on this do not have disconnects and cables go directly through penetrations into the boat. It is not desired to have splices or couples external of the ship, so all cables would have to be hard disconnected from the equipment or pulled through penetrations as cutting cables, splicing, or coupling them is not acceptable.
