3.3.2.2 Ensure daily onboard counts of mechanics are reported to the NNSY Designated Representative electronically via e-mail at least once per week.
3.3.2.3 Be on NNSY worksite at least 50% of the time to have a face to face with code 900R and readily available at all times.
3.3.2.4 Resolve contractor personnel problems i.e., conflict resolution and administrative actions (all contractor disciplinary actions requiring written documentation shall be reported to Program Manager via email) affecting the contractor’s employees and coordinate with code 400 and 900R.
3.3.2.5 Maintain accurate tracking of hours worked by contractor personnel and Supervisors.
4.3.2.6 Ensure that Contractor Supervisor is physically available to the workforce at all times.
3.3.2.7 The Project Manager shall fill in if Supervisors is unable to report to work and perform the duties of a Supervisor.
3.3.2.8 Support all meetings and telecoms, inspections, quality audits and reporting requirements.
3.3.3: Contractor Supervisor shall:
3.3.3.1 Manage contractor employees’ assignments to training, ships, shifts of work, discipline, safety, rewards, promotion, attendance, time-off (i.e., sick and/or annual leave) and work performance.
3.3.3.2 Provide adequate supervision to oversee the assigned contractor personnel and ensure the proper execution of the jobs described herein to include trade specific proficiency testing.
3.3.3.3 Must be physically available to the workforce at all times.
3.3.3.4 Ensure daily onboard counts of mechanics are reported to the NNSY Designated Representative electronically via e-mail at least once per week. Refer to CDRL A003.
3.3.3.5 Maintain accurate tracking of hours worked by contractor personnel.
3.3.3.6 Maintain total program oversight of contractor personnel.
3.3.3.7 Manage assignment of contractor personnel to training, shifts and projects.
3.3.3.8 Provide overall management, oversight and supervision (and/or lead workers) to effectively and safely manage the work of this requirement including trade specific proficiency testing.
3.3.3.9 Resolve contractor personnel problems i.e., conflict resolution and administrative actions (all contractor disciplinary actions requiring written documentation shall be reported to Project Manager via email) affecting the contractor’s employees.
3.3.3.10 In the absence of the Supervisor the Project Manager shall fulfill the duties as outlined for Contractor Supervisor.
4. Requirements
4.1. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE (POP): August 15, 2025 – August 14, 2026
4.2. HOURS OF WORK: The Contractor shall observe the same holidays, curtailments, and other work shutdowns as the Government.
4.2.1. Contractor personnel shall work any of NNSY’s standard work shifts. NNSY’s normal eight-hour work shift hours are as follows: 1st 0720-1600 hours, 2nd 1530-2400 hours, and 3rd 2330-0740 hours with forty (40), thirty (30) and ten (10) minutes for lunch respectively.
NNSY may adjust work shift hours to other timeframes to support shipyard workforce capabilities. The COR will notify the contractor when a request for a change of contractor’s work shift is required. The Government will not compensate the Contractor for scheduled labor hours that the contractor employees did not work. Employees may be assigned to different shifts and workweeks and shall be rotated or shifted to support the workload demands. During summer hours, each shift begins one hour earlier. Contractor personnel may be required to work first, second or third shift, weekends, early shifts, extended shifts and holidays. In this event the Contractor Supervisor will schedule contractor personnel for overtime and will route it through the NNSY COR or Designated Representative for concurrence.
4.3. SUPERVISION: The Contractor shall provide dedicated on-site supervisors who will comply with section 3.3 of the Contract. Supervisor request is based on the total number of mechanics executing this requirement per month and not trade specific.
4.4. TRADE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
4.4.1 Qualifications
4.4.1.1 Contractor shall maintain:
4.4.1.1.1 The Contractor shall provide personnel trained to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when designated or required for performance at this requirement level and be trained in hearing conservation and eye safety awareness. The Contractor shall ensure that contractor employees possess their own work apparel and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which is mandated by 29 CFR 1915 (e.g. safety steel toe shoes, ear plugs, hard hats, safety glasses, and/or flash goggles/equivalent eye protection)
4.4.1.1.2 The Contractor shall provide personnel trained in electrical safety per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E.
4.4.1.1.3 The Contractor shall perform work in accordance with written technical work documents.
4.4.1.1.4 The Contractor shall have a working knowledge of how to read and understand the information provided in a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
4.4.1.2 The Contractor shall provide trained, and qualified Fire Watch and Tank Watch personnel.
4.4.1.2.1 Contractor shall comply with the Fire and Tank Watch training requirements as specified in 29 CFR 1915 and CFR 1915.508, Subpart P “Fire Protection in Shipyard Employment.” A copy of the lesson plan must be submitted electronically to the NNSY Designated Representative for NNSY Codes 106, 900T and 920 review and approval no later than ten (10) calendar days after contract award Refer to CDRL A006.
4.5. QUALITY CONTROL: NNSY has the right to inspect work performed by the contractor to ensure the work meets acceptance criteria.
4.5.1. The contractor shall adhere to all requirements outlined in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
4.6. REQUIREMENT EXECUTION: At various times throughout the life of this requirement, Contractor touch labor personnel at NNSY may be required to support NNSY in such efforts such as a bi-monthly (every two months) NNSY “Clean the Shipyard Day”, shipyard safety efforts as required, NNSY emergency weather plans and other planned and/or unplanned events requiring trades personnel to provide effort and support that would normally be considered "housekeeping" both shipboard and on NNSY property. Contractor touch labor personnel will be required to clean their workstations or work areas daily.
4.7. DELIVERABLES: The contractor shall provide completed copies of CDRLs A001-A008 to the COR prior to the arrival of personnel to the Government installations.
4.8. PERSONNEL CHANGE OUT: Contractor personnel assigned to fulfill a requirement are expected to complete the job. Once contractor personnel are assigned, change out of these personnel shall not occur without prior notification to the NNSY COR or Designated Representative in writing.
4.8.1. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer and NNSY COR or Designated Representative in writing within three business days of any contractor personnel replacement action. A replacement action is when any expected contractor personnel is reassigned, removed, or exchanged with another unexpected or unassigned person. The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer and COR within two days after a contractor personnel leaves and two weeks prior to arrival of replacement contractor personnel. The Contractor shall provide the COR or Designated Representative with an updated Touch Labor Resource Management and Skills Tracker worksheet highlighting the changes in replaced/replacement personnel.
4.9. TRAINING:
4.9.1. Contractor Provided Training: All contractor personnel shall complete all the training cited in section 5.9 prior to reporting to work.
5.9.1.1 Fire and Tank Watch 29 CFR 1915.508(C)
4.9.2. Fire Watch/Tank Watch
All contractor employees shall be required to perform General Housecleaning and "Spotter" duties as assigned by the Contractor Supervisor via the on-site NNSY Supervisor during times of standby, or when deemed necessary by NNSY Supervisor. The NNSY Hot Work Operator or Supervisor shall release FW/TW contractor employees to standby when work is finished and there is no other FW/TW work available. General Housecleaning duties are the removal of industrial debris including but not limited to sheet metal, steel plate, structured shapes, piping, cable ends, nuts and bolts, spent welding wire, hardware and/or trash, on the assigned Project which includes overhead to deck, pier and dry-dock. “Spotter” duties are coordinating pedestrian traffic with vehicular traffic to maintain pedestrian safety, typically performed at the head or foot of the ship's ramp.
Responsibilities: Each Fire Watch shall have in his/her possession a contractor furnished fire extinguisher, a fire watch instruction card, and wear either a fire watch identification badge or red armband issued by the fire/tank watch coordinator. Fire Watches shall be responsible for assuring that their fire extinguisher is fully charged and properly sealed. Before the start of hot work, the Fire Watch shall find out where and how to activate a fire alarm. The Fire Watch shall inspect the work site with the NNSY Hot Work Operator and/or NNSY Supervisor. The Fire Watch shall station himself/herself as directed by the NNSY Hot Work Operator and/or NNSY Supervisor and maintain constant surveillance over the hot work area. The Fire Watch shall see that no fire has started or damage done by work of the Hot Work Operator. The Fire Watch shall immediately notify his Hot Work Operator if a fire starts and commence fire-fighting operations. If the fire cannot be extinguished with an extinguisher, the Fire Watch shall shout for help and activate a fire alarm. The Hot Work Operator is the Fire Marshall for his Fire Watch and has jurisdiction during the time the Fire Watch is assigned in his operation (until/unless relieved of his duties by the ship's Fire Marshall).
The Fire Watch shall remain at the hot work site for a minimum of 30 minutes after all hot work is complete or until the site is cooled to ambient temperature, whichever is longer to ensure there are no smoldering fires or sparks left, and that the hot metal is cooled. The Fire Watch shall return all fire watch material and tooling when the Fire Watch duties are complete. The Fire Watch shall notify his Hot Work Operator prior to leaving his station. All hot work shall be discontinued until Fire Watch services are restored. Blind side bulkhead inspection shall be performed by the Hot Work Operator and Fire Watches. The Fire Watch shall understand how to enter a confined or enclosed space safely and what to do in an emergency.
Trade Specific Requirements: Fire Watch contractor employees shall be trained to combat various classes and types of fires, and shall know the regulations, procedures, and facilities for sounding an alarm and shall carry them out in the event of a fire. Fire Watch contractor employees shall be capable of climbing vertical ladders. Fire Watches shall be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Fire Watch contractor employees shall be capable of working in confined and enclosed spaces. Fire Watches shall be able to read and understand precautionary- type signage or postings.
Contractor employees shall be required to successfully complete and pass a fire watch qualification training course that consists of the following general elements:
A "Fire Watch Qualification Course" shall consist of the following information at a minimum: (a) procedures, instructions, and measures designed to protect personnel, ship and equipment. (b) requirements necessary when performing hot work on surface ships, submarines, derrick barges, shore facilities, buildings and equipment. (c) know how to determine if an extinguisher is fully charged and properly sealed. (d) know the different classes of fires as defined in NSTM S9086-S3- STM-010-555 (V1) Surface Ship Firefighting and NSTM S9086-S3-STM-020- 555 (V2) Submarine Firefighting. (e) know the type of extinguishing agent that is effective on each class of fire. (f) Know procedures and use associated with personal protection equipment (i.e. equipment is provided for eye and breathing protection). (g) demonstrate the ability to operate an extinguisher on both a flammable liquid and ordinary combustible type fire. (h) know that the Hot Work Operator and the Hot Work Operator’s Supervisor are responsible for inspecting all sides of a bulkhead or deck, ensuring that combustibles are removed to a safe distance from the hot work and physical placement of the Fire Watch. (i) know that he/she and the Hot Work Operator shall ensure that openings and combustible material that cannot be removed shall be covered and protected with fire retardant coverings. (j) know how he/she will signal the hot worker in the event of a fire. (k) Know that he/she is to activate a fire alarm and report to the Officer on Duty (OOD) at the quarterdeck if a fire occurs beyond his capability to extinguish. (l) know how to activate/transmit an alarm by using the shipyard fire alarm systems or the ship's interior communication system. (m) know the designation and the location of the compartment in which he/she is standing watch and that he/she is responsible for leading ship's force back to the fire if required. (n) know that before securing the watch, he shall stand 30 minutes at the hot work site after hot work has been completed. (o) know the procedures for confinement of hot work including use of welder's curtains. (p) be familiar with hot work permit system in effect and what the systems are intended to accomplish and who will monitor performance.

4.9.3 Tank Watch Skill Requirement
Responsibilities: Tank Watches shall be responsible for standing outside one or more confined and poorly ventilated enclosed spaces and monitor authorized entrants. Tank Watches shall remain outside the space during entry operations unless relieved by another authorized Tank Watch. Tank Watches shall satisfactorily recognize a Confined and Poorly Ventilated Enclosed Space and be knowledgeable of the hazards associated with working in these spaces. Tank Watches shall be knowledgeable of operations being performed in the confined space. Prior to relieving an already assigned Tank Watch, Tank Watches shall notify all personnel working within the confined space that they are assuming watch duties. Tank Watches shall understand the NNSY Confined Space Certificate (date posted, expiration date and time of expiration, Safe for Hot work, Safe for Entry and not safe for entry), ensure it is current and determine any restrictions placed on entry/work before allowing entry into a confined or poorly ventilated enclosed space. Tank Watches shall know that entry into a confined or poorly ventilated enclosed space is not authorized without a posted Confined Space Certificate. Under no circumstance is a Tank Watch to leave the tank unattended with personnel in the tank; if necessary they will coordinate being relieved with the NNSY Supervisor via the Contractor Supervisor. The Tank Watch shall maintain communication with and keep an accurate account of entrants working in their assigned space using the Confined and Poorly Ventilated Enclosed Space Watch Log Sheet. Communication shall be made at a minimum of every 5 minutes for Confined Spaces and every 60 minutes for Poorly Ventilated Enclosed Spaces. Tank Watches may not utilize cell phones as a form of communication. At the end of the shift, Tank Watches shall turn in log sheets to the NNSY Supervisor via the contractor Supervisor. Tank Watches shall ensure that unauthorized workers do not enter the confined or poorly ventilated enclosed spaces; by direction of the Tank Area Manager or Assistant Tank Area Manager.
Trade Specific Requirements: Tank Watches shall be trained to combat various class and type fires, and shall know the regulations, procedures, and facilities for sounding an alarm and shall carry them out in the event of a fire. Tank Watches shall be capable of climbing vertical ladders. Tank Watches shall be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Tank Watches shall be capable of working in confined and enclosed spaces. Tank Watches shall be able to read and understand precautionary- type signage or postings.
Tank Watches shall be trained in all governing practices, references and duties pertinent to Confined and Poorly Ventilated Enclosed Spaces, this includes both ancillary and auxiliary positions inclusive of Entrant, Zone Manager, Entry Supervisor and Tank Area Manager positions. Tank Watches shall possess knowledge of hazards in confined and poorly ventilated enclosed spaces per OSHA requirements.

4.9.4 Fire Watch/Tank Watch Material and Equipment:
4.9.4.1The Contractor shall provide the following to the Fire Watch / Tank Watch Personnel:
4.9.4.1.1 Flashlight(s)
4.9.4.1.2 HEPA Respirators (approved by NIOSH and MSHA - as required by 29 CFR 1910.134)
4.9.4.1.3 Wristwatch or device to keep and record time (device cannot be a personal electronic device (PED) such as a cell phone)
4.9.4.1.4 Personal Fall Arrest System per 29 CFR 1926.502, para (d) to include:
4.9.4.1.4.1 Body Harness
4.9.4.1.4.2 Vertical lifeline/lanyard
4.9.4.1.4.3 Webbing (ropes and straps)
4.9.4.1.4.4 Anchorages
4.9.4.1.4.5 Horizontal lifeline
4.9.4.1.4.6 Connectors
4.9.4.1.5 A Connex box, trailer, or equivalent structure will be provided as a muster location for contractor employees. The government’s industrial engineering department will approve the structure.
4.9.5 The Government shall provide the following to the Fire Watch/Tank Watch Personnel:
4.9.5.1 Pressurized water type fire extinguishers (#2 ½) in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.157
4.9.5.2 All water type fire extinguishers shall be stenciled in 1” or greater lettering in contrasting color to the fire extinguisher. Lettering shall contain the company name and a unique serial identification number.
4.9.5.3 CO2 fire extinguishers (15) in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.157
4.9.5.4 All CO2 fire extinguishers shall be stenciled in 1” or greater lettering in contrasting color to the fire extinguisher. Lettering shall contain the company name and a unique serial identification number.
4.9.5.5 Red armband and/or Fire Watch identification badge
4.9.5.6 Fire Watch/ Tank Watch instructions card
Dust pans, brooms (push/straw), rags, foxtail brooms, gloves (rubber and/or leather), etc.) and consumables (i.e.
24”x36” clear poly trash bags, duct tape, herculite drop cloths, rolls of bailing wire, tie wraps, 3M dust respirators and Tyvek paper coveralls)
4.9.6 Fire Watch/ Tank Watch Qualifications
4.9.6.1 Contractor personnel shall be qualified to work in confined spaces such as tanks, voids, and any other areas that require gas-free controls.
4.9.6.2 Contactor personnel shall be trained in accordance with 29 CFR 1915, Subpart I, on confined/enclosed space requirements and contracting options.
4.9.6.3 Contractor personnel shall be qualified to wear safety harnesses and work from scaffolds/platforms where drop off will be greater than 5 feet IAW 29 CFR 1915, Subpart I and be trained in fall protection regulations.
4.9.6.4 Contractor personnel shall be trained to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when designated or required and be trained in hearing conservation and eye safety awareness.
4.9.6.5 Contractor personnel shall be trained in electrical safety per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E.
4.9.6.6 Contractor personnel shall have working knowledge on how to read and understand the information provided in Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
4.9.6.7 The Contractor shall comply with the Fire and Tank Watch training requirements as specified in 29 CFR 1915 and CFR 1915.508, Subpart P “Fire Protection in Shipyard Employment.” A copy of the Contractor’s lesson plan must be submitted electronically to the NNSY Designated Representative for review and approval no later than ten (10) calendar days after contract award and yearly thereafter upon exercise of option(s)
4.9.7 The initial onboarding date for each trade will be provided to the Contractor by the COR.
4.9.8 Contractor personnel not present on initial onboarding date shall not onboard onto NNSY until coordination is made with the COR.
4.9.9 Training schedule and coordination for upcoming classes will be provided to the Contractor by the
COR.

6. Attendance reports
6.1 The Weekly Attendance report must be validated daily by the NNSY Supervisor. The NNSY Supervisor shall validate the timesheet with a signature. A copy shall be retained by both the NNSY Supervisor and the Contractor Supervisor throughout the Period of Performance of this requirement.
6.2 All changes to the timesheet shall be corrected by a single line out and initialed by the Contractor Supervisor and NNSY Supervisor.
6.3 The Contractor shall provide the NNSY COR with a copy of the Daily and SIGNED Weekly Attendance Reports.
7. Injury Reporting
7.1 The Contractor is responsible for their personnel’s safety. Contractor Management shall inform OSHA, the NNSY Government Contracting Officer (KO), NNSY COR, NNSY ACOR, NNSY Contract Specialist and the on-site NNSY Supervisor of any injuries to Contractor personnel as soon as Contractor Management/Supervision becomes aware of the occurrence. The Contractor shall cooperate with any NNSY Safety Investigations.
7.2 A written report of all injuries and accidents resulting in medical treatment shall be provided to the NNSY COR, NNSY ACOR and the NNSY Code 106 Project Safety Manager within twenty-four (24) hours of the incident. The report shall contain the name of each injured person, date and time of incident/fire, extent of each personal injury or property damage, Contractor/Sub-Contractor name, Job Order/Work Item Number, type of incident/fire, location of event (ship name and hull number, space, compartment), a brief description of the event including occurrences leading up to the incident/fire, equipment involved, Contract Number, witness(es) and individual(s) involved, short term and long term corrective action, and root cause analysis.
8. Security, Badging, and Access Requirements
8.1 For this requirement, all trades require red badging.
8.1.1. All contractors executing this contract are required to have a minimum-security clearance of Secret/Red Badge (Completed by SME).
8.1.2. All contractors requiring access to classified information, or those spaces containing un-sanitized classified information, shall possess a final security clearance.
8.1.3. In addition to completing the steps above, if the contractor requires access to classified information, spaces, or equipment
8.1.4. In accordance with the requirements of the contract, the contracting company's Facility Security Officer is required to submit a visit request in the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to Security Management Office (SMO) Code 001816.
8.1.5. The SMO Code(s) of the ship or command the contractor is visiting are not to be utilized.
8.1.6. After receiving a DBIDS card, their visit request, security clearance and access permissions (verified in DISS) are reviewed to ensure they meet the minimum-security requirements set forth in the contract. Once verified, the contractor will receive the appropriate NAVSEA access badge.
8.1.7. All contractors, with the exception of permanent party (or "seated" contractors with Common Access Cards (CACs), will be required to obtain a DBIDS card to gain access to NNSY.
8.1.8. Procedure for receiving a DBIDS card:
8.1.9. Contractor will complete a SECNAV 5512 form(s) and forward them to their NNSY Sponsor/Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
8.1.10. The sponsor will complete the CVS spreadsheet utilizing the information on the completed SECNAV 5512 form(s) and forward all documents to Commander Navy region Mid-Atlantic (CNRMA) for vetting.
8.1.11. CNRMA will add the contractor to the "179-Day List" which is utilized by the Pass and ID office to create the DBIDS card.
8.1.12. Once on the 179-Day List, the contractor may go to Pass and ID to have their DBIDS card generated.
8.1.13. Green NAVSEA access badges can be generated at this point with contractors providing proof of U.S. Citizenship (Birth Certificate/ US Passport).
RESTRICTED DATA SPECIFIC
All contractors requiring a red NAVSEA badge and access to Restricted Data (RD) shall have a final security clearance.
Red NAVSEA badge personnel may require access to Nuclear Areas, Nuclear Information, Nuclear equipment, Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPI), RD, and Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals (NOFORN) data due to the nature of the work being performed on Naval Nuclear propulsion systems.
A red NAVSEA badge is necessary for the execution of nuclear and some non-nuclear work; inclusive of the propulsion plant and secondary spaces as well as those systems which support the propulsion plants which may not be located in the propulsion plant when any of those spaces can't be sanitized.
Access to RD and the issuance of red NAVSEA badges will be issued in accordance with NAVSEA M-5510.2.
CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION ACCESS
The DoD will provide information to contractors and will identify all information which is Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) via the contracting vehicle, in whole or part, and will mark such documents, material, or media in accordance with this issuance.
When CUI is generated by non-DoD entities protective measures and dissemination controls, including those directed by relevant law, regulation, or government-wide policy, will be articulated in the contract, grant, or other legal agreement, as appropriate.
DoD contracts must require contractors to monitor CUI for aggregation and compilation based on the potential to generate classified information pursuant to security classification guidance addressing the accumulation of unclassified data or information. DoD contracts require contractors to report the potential classification of aggregated or compiled CUI to a DoD representative.
Contractors, pursuant to mandatory DoD contract provisions, will submit unclassified DoD information for review and approval for release in accordance with the standard DoD Component processes and DoDI 5230.09.
All CUI records must follow the approved mandatory disposition authorities whenever the DoD provides CUI to, or CUI is generated by, non-DoD entities in accordance with Section 1220- 1236 of Title 36, CFR, Section 3301a of Title 44, U.S.C., and this issuance.
9. Portable Electronic Devices (PEDs)
A PED is defined as any non-stationary electronic apparatus with singular or multiple capabilities of, but not limited to recording, storing, and/or transmitting data, voice, video, or photo images (e.g., cell phones, laptops, tablets and wearable devices such as fitness bands and smart watches).
In accordance with NAVSEA 04 Ser 04/281 Implementation Plan for Allowing Camera-Portable Electronic Devices Within The
Controlled Industrial Area, personally owned camera enabled PEDs will be authorized inside of the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) and all Security Islands. Camera enabled PEDs will remain unauthorized within Controlled Nuclear Information Areas (CNIAs), Nuclear Work Areas (NWAs) and Open Storage Areas.
All PEDs, camera enabled or not, are still prohibited within NWAs and Open Storage Areas.
The allowance of camera enabled PEDs inside of the CIA and Security Islands does not negate existing photography policies. Unofficial photography, filming of video, or live streaming from the camera-enabled PED remains prohibited within the CIA or any NAVSEA controlled space outside of the CIA.
Further, audio recordings (both digitally and magnetically) in NAVSEA spaces is prohibited without the approval of the Code 1120 Security Director.
Submarine SPECIFIC PEDs Instructions: In accordance with COMSUBLANT/ COMSUBPACINST 2075.lC, the use of PEDs while in or on Department of Navy Submarines are prohibited.
10. Contractor Manpower Reporting via Sam.gov
The contractor shall report contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract for Norfolk Naval Shipyard Production Support via a secure data collection site. Contracted services excluded from reporting are based on Product Service Codes (PSCs). The excluded PSCs are:
(1) W, Lease/Rental of Equipment.
(2) X, Lease/Rental of Facilities.
(3) Y, Construction of Structures and Facilities.
(4) D, Automatic Data Processing and Telecommunications, IT and Telecom-Telecommunications Transmission (D304) and Internet (D322) ONLY.
(5) S, Utilities ONLY.
(6) V, Freight and Shipping ONLY.
The contractor is required to completely fill in all required data fields using the following web address SAM.gov | Home.
Reporting inputs will be for the labor executed during the period of performance during each Government fiscal year (FY), which runs October 1 through September 30. While inputs may be reported any time during the FY, all data shall be reported no later than October 31 of each calendar year.
