About this file

This is an Amendment 0004 Continuation Sheet containing questions and answers related to a chiller replacement project (N40085-25-R-2548). The document addresses technical queries about chiller specifications and requirements across multiple buildings including FC300, Bldg. 19, AS225, HP513, HP321, HP19, and AS255.

Key clarifications include: contractors should match performance data from existing unit data plates for several chillers, metric unit conversions for AS225 are confirmed (335.2 GPM, 54F EWT, 45F LWT), both primary and secondary pumps need replacement at HP321 but no VFDs are required, the chilled water pump for HP19 is located in 19B Mech Room, both pumps at AS255 need replacement, no bollards are needed at FC330, the contractor must remove the temp chiller at HP513 and transport it to the Government Lay-Down Yard, and the government will remove a tree at building 321 prior to chiller placement.
