About this file
This document is an Amendment to a Solicitation for a federal contract opportunity.
The amendment provides clarification and answers to questions submitted as part of a Request for Information (RFI) for the "RR462 Bathroom Modification" project. The key changes include: 1) The contractor is responsible for installing new waste piping through the west side of the building, rather than requiring the existing bathroom to be taken out of service; 2) The existing electric water cooler and bottle fill station is to remain, and the requirement for a new one is omitted; 3) The existing plywood wall finish only needs to be replaced with gypsum board in Room 104, not the other bathrooms; and 4) New unisex bathroom signs and commercial grade door locks with occupancy indicators are required. The due date for proposals has been extended to 1400 on September 18, 2024.
